Gregory A. Papiernik, a Chicago native, is both an accountant (passing the CPA exam in 1982) and an attorney. He focuses his practice in the following areas: Individual Taxation, Corporate Tax Planning, Business Tax Planning, Estate Planning, Probate Administration, Retirement Planning, Elder Law, Nonprofit Organizations Law, Business Transactions, Business Valuation and Forensic Accounting.

In 1983, Mr. Papiernik was admitted to the Illinois Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He was admitted to the U.S. Tax Court in 1986.

Mr. Papiernik received a J.D. with honors from the Chicago-Kent School of Law and graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame.

Among his professional memberships are the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association and the American Bar Association along with several professional accounting associations and the American Society of Appraisers.

In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. Papiernik is an adjunct professor at Lewis University in Romeoville, Illinois, where he teaches financial accounting in the Masters Program. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of Br. Rice High School in Chicago, Illinois.
